Tasha was in the supermarket last week, and a man approached her.
He started talking like she knew him and asked if she was ready to go out on their date.
Tasha looked at him and she didn’t know who he was. He told her he had been to the beach house when they met last week. He couldn’t understand why Tasha didn’t recognize him. Suddenly, he laughed and put his glasses on. He asked if she recognized him now. All Tasha could picture was superman. When he put on glasses, no one recognized him. She didn’t recognize the Heating & A/C specialist without his glasses. Tasha told him what she was thinking and he laughed. He said he only wore glasses when he was working. He worried about getting dust or dirt behind the contacts and scratching his eye. He made that mistake when he was still an Heating & A/C apprentice. His teacher told him it would be best if he got rid of the contacts and wore glasses. It surprised him that Tasha did not recognize him without his glasses. She told him superman was saving the world, but Clark Kent was an unknown newspaper reporter. He told her she was right and asked if she wanted to go out with the Heating & A/C specialist or with Superman. Tasha told him Superman, as long as he was also the Heating & A/C specialist. They had a fantastic time on their date. He told her a lot about his job as an Heating & A/C specialist, and Tasha told him about her job as a preschool teacher. They laughed and had such a nice time that the Heating & A/C specialist asked her out again. He said he had to put on his glasses, because his contacts were making his eyes dry out.
