When we were four-years-old, we remember asking mom if we could work on a/cs when we got older.
Mom told us she was sure there would be a/cs when we got old, but they may be different. We didn’t care what the a/cs were going to be, as long as we could be Heating and Air Conditioning specialists and work with our mom. By the time we turned eighteen, our aspirations hadn’t changed. We still wanted to be Heating and Air Conditioning specialists and work with our mom. Now, our mom wasn’t an Heating and Air Conditioning specialist, but she was the owner of the Heating and Air Conditioning business. We told her we wanted to go to Heating and Air Conditioning college and join her Heating and Air Conditioning business when we were certified. She promised that if we passed all our tests and got our certification, she would be proud to have us as part of her Heating and Air Conditioning crew. Last month, we passed our certification exam, and once we get our certification, mom is going to put us in her apprenticeship program. We couldn’t wait to become full-fledged Heating and Air Conditioning specialists and work side-by-side with our mom. Once we got into the program, we still weren’t working with our mom. Now, we were working with Uncle Tom, and he was our educator. He told us we needed to learn the ropes and in a couple of weeks we could work alone. At that point, if we needed help, we could call dad and ask him if he would show us what we were doing wrong. The progression of us being full Heating and Air Conditioning specialists was more than we thought it would be, but we are still working with our mom.
