I am ready for a lunch of apples and yogurt soon, which will be followed by a cold sea swim to wake my mind up suddenly.
I don’t enjoy drinking a ton of coffee, so taking these icy cold swims is a terrific supplement to that and it is a natural way to charge up the mind and body for the day.
I need to decide if I want to take a road trip with my friends to this mountain cabin, but that all depends on how many people are going up there. My friend Sam and I will do some gigs in heated clubs, and hopefully can find a few with a nice new fireplace to keep us moderate while we play our tunes, my band made a records worth of current songs lately, but we are going to try and push ahead and record a whole bunch more over the next couple of weeks. I suppose my heating and cooling dealership will be closed for many weeks for some Heating and A/C tech training, so maybe going to the mountains soon would be a good program for me, i enjoy taking road trips even though I don’t like staying in a flat in the mountains with many other people. My Heating and A/C rep buddies and bandmates are all younger than I am and they enjoy having a ton of people in the heated flat unlike me. I enjoy my alone time and would rather just stay there with a couple of other people and not a whole busload as we did last time, but okay, I’m off to find some natural climate control of Mother Nature.
