My sister Ruth was finally moving closer to me & I was beyond excited. I know several people who don’t want to live near their siblings. This can be for a myriad of reasons stemming from sibling rivalry. However, Ruth & I have regularly been right, & to be honest, I missed her so much. When my friends and I were young, Ruth got a scholarship to go to university abroad. This was Ruth’s option to see the world just like she’d regularly wanted. So, Ruth left. She would regularly come by the household now & then, but she built a whole life there & it had been 8 years. Our dad passed away, & Ruth felt it was time to come home, then plus, I’d given birth to my son, & she wanted to be close to him as well. Ruth & I hit the ground running finding her a household to buy in our section & came across a gem. The place was in the right location, & needed only a facelift to make it livable. Ruth arrived & began seeking people to make the space into what she wanted. Thai included hiring a supplier to handle deck upgrades. She’d had a deck in her old household abroad, & she wanted the same here. In addition, Ruth had to hire a siding business to do some cosmetic work on her new home. This was basic siding repair since there wasn’t enough disfigurement to warrant a total siding replacement. It’s been great having her nearby, & Ruth and I have the best time together! Next on her list is to hire a door supplier to carry out door replacement for her home.
