For the last few months, my property has felt honestly weird inside, and strange, because the temperatures were all over the arena… One of my rooms would be ice cold, and then the next would be burning hot, however what would be causing this? My heating, ventilation as well as A/C unit seemed to be functioning well, so I could rule that out… But one thing I forgot to take into account is the fact that it could be a HVAC duct issue.

So, I made the call to a local HVAC corporation, and they sent out one of their qualified heating and cooling specialists to look and see what the problem was… Thankfully, the problem was not hard to spot, and apparently I had holes in my HVAC duct, and it was leaking some of my treated air outside, and into some of my rooms, but not all of them. This was not a repair that is hard to fix, or honestly extravagant. All it took was a little bit of duct sealing, and I would be ok. The cooling worker was able to seal the HVAC ducts the same afternoon, and after that my problems with heating and cooling went away… Now my property is back to feeling normal; I am glad that I got this issue taken care of, before it grew worse. I would have lost a lot of money in the process of keeping the temperatures in my property stable… Glad I don’t have to worry about that now.
