For sure, the condo feels strange now that my associate and I replaced the residential Heating and A/C.
It’s for sure a enjoyable different.
I mean, my associate and I are the beneficiaries of the genuinely latest when it comes to Heating and A/C technology; Couple that with the fact that our outdated Heating and A/C equipment lasted for almost 30 years and it’s a change indeed. But replacing the Heating and A/C equipment also comes with some sadness as well. I don’t know if it will be this year or next, however replacing the heating and cooling equipment is genuinely part of selling this house. That’s been a difficult thing for me to come to terms with which has been quite surprising for me. I’m known throughout the commercial Heating and A/C of the office as the guy who is the least emotional, but win or lose, I tend to keep my poker face on all the time. But leaving this property has hit me emotionally far more than I would have thought. Still, with the youngsters now fully grown, it just doesn’t make much sense for us to keep this place. It’s way too sizable for just two people. The heating and cooling costs alone are dumb from just us. But that’s what happens when you raise a family, then eventually, it’s time to let that condo be the property to another growing family. I still can’t assume how difficult it hit me to watch the outdated heat pump get disfastened. That thing was a champion for us! Now, it’s off to the recycling bin. But at least I have the latest and greatest in residential Heating and A/C as my associate and I make more moves to get the condo on the market.
