We don’t advertise heavily, because we rely on our customers to spread our name. We take care of every person like they are family and we guarantee that you will be satisfied when we are done with the repair or installation. Normally I service the entire county and some of the surrounding areas. I recently had a customer that called from outside of my normal zone and I decided to drive out to the country to help the residential client. She sounded like she needed some help. The woman was calling for help with the furnace and it was a particularly cold day. I was the only person in the office when she called and I decided to take the call myself. It was outside of our normal zone and I didn’t want any of my employees to complain about the long drive. Even though they drive a company vehicle and I pay for all of the gas, it can still take a lot of time out of the day to handle a repair that is outside of our normal zone. I arrived at the address about an hour after the customer called. She was happy to see me come into the driveway and was waiting outside on the porch. She showed me where the furnace was located and I decided to perform a full maintenance service tune up. Since the woman did not know what the problem was, I thought this was a great place to start.
