The kids really wanted to see one of the new DC comic book movies, so my wife and I took them on Friday night.
We should have chosen a different night, because it was extremely busy. We went out to dinner and hit the 8:00 movie. It turned out to be completely sold out. We had to choose the 9:00 showing instead. We sat outside of the movie theater on our phones for a while until the theater finally opened up. The movie was pretty good, but we didn’t get home until almost midnight. The movie was almost 3 hours long. When we finally got back to the house, we found the AC unit to be off. There was no cold air coming out of the system at all. There was no reason for the AC unit not to work properly, because the thermostat was on. The temperature inside of the house was 83° even though the thermostat was set at 72°. We needed someone quick to help us during the emergency situation. I looked for an emergency HVAC repair company with great rates and emergency services. I knew it was probably going to take a couple of hours before we had help, so I told the kids to go to bed. I waited up for the emergency service provider to arrive. I honestly thought it would take awhile, but the emergency service provider was there in less than an hour. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the service company, especially at 1:00 in the morning.
