I hate searching for hotels online.
- There are too many travel sites that all say that they give you the best prices for the rooms offered.
You don’t know who to believe anymore. The last time I fell for one of those “lowest prices” I ended up paying so much in booking fees that it was almost twice the price listed. I decided that the next time I travelled i was going to look up the hotels in that town and call them myself. It worked out great!. I got a decent price for my stay and the best part of it was, they had an awesome HVAC system. The hotel didn’t have fancy amenities or even a pool but none of that mattered. I arrived at the hotel and the front desk staff was more than accommodating. They made sure that I was comfortable in my room and even showed me how to program the HVAC unit so that it was set at the perfect temperature for me. Because the units were fairly new, I was able to be comfortable and sleep soundly as there was virtually no noise. There was even a sticker on the front of the unit that stated that each unit was equipped with a HEPA filter. This type of filter removes almost all of the mold, mildew, and allergens from the room ensuring that the guests have clean, pure air for their entire stay. My advice to anyone is that they take the time to do your own research when looking for accomodations. I never would have found that hotel because it didn’t even show up on those crazy travel searches anyway.
