Accountability is important when it comes to service

No matter what service you need, you want to be able to trust that the job is done according to the contract and that the corporation or guy stands behind that job.

Over the years my friend and I have hired people to do everything from renovations to home cleaning and my friend and I have had pretty good luck.

There was one time though where my friend and I learned the importance of thoroughly vetting our businesss. My good friend and I needed some labor done on our Heating and A/C system and my husband wanted to use one of those online sights to find someone. She found one pretty abruptly and his information on the locale said that he was supplementing his income with strange jobs. He also said that he worked or a local Heating and A/C corporation during the afternoon. That wasn’t exactly true, my friend and I learned later, and my friend and I ended up with a large mess at our home. The ductwork had large gaps in it and the boiler would shut off for no reason. My good friend and I paid him for the labor before my friend and I diagnosed the system and of course he was nowhere to be seen when my friend and I had the complications. My good friend and I were out the money my friend and I spent and ended up hiring a certified serviceman to come and service the problem. My good friend and I contacted the local Heating and A/C supplier and my friend and I asked a lot of questions this time before my friend and I hired them. My good friend and I read online reviews, BBB ratings and even asked about them on social media. No way did my friend and I want to be taken advantage of again. Thankfully the corporation my friend and I hired did a good job and they guarantee their labor for the next twelve months.
