Every year, my hubby plus I go to the local carnivals. I am always talking about how much better my cheesesteaks plus fried vegetables are than those they have at the carnivals, my hubby tells me that if I want to prove it, my pal and I should rent a portable kitchen plus do the carnival route. We were retired, plus there were almost one hundred carnivals with a thirty-mile radius of our home. If my pal and I decided to go to one a week, my pal and I could bring in a sizeable chunk of money if I was right about how nice my food was! After giving it a lot of thought, I knew I wanted to provide it a try, however the first thing my pal and I had to do was look for a portable kitchen for the carnival. I could not believe how much it was going to cost to rent a portable kitchen for four months. I was sure the cost was more than what I could make in that time. I asked if I could rent it by the week, plus she was okay with that as long as no one else needed the portable kitchen in that time frame. I made $1000 the first day, plus had to rethink my inventory. This was going to be a time-consuming endeavor, but my pal and I wouldn’t be bored, plus my pal and I were enjoying working in the portable kitchen.
