Sometimes, I absolutely come through around the house.
But only sporadically.
Honestly, I do my best just to get the yard done and look after changing the air filter for the Heating and Air Conditioning device on time. Then there are all the other things. My partner and I do our best to team up with the grocery shopping, the laundry, the property cleaning and all that stuff. Even the cooking is something that my associate and I either do together or split time and take turns. The rest of the time, I just can’t be bothered. I just want to be inside the central air conditioning of my property and relax. My job is quite stressful and I spend so many hours inside the commercial Heating and Air Conditioning of the building that when I’m home, I need peace. So I’m entirely not the type of guy who goes looking for property projects. And I don’t always inspect the property for things that need attention or need to be fixed. I’m more of a if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it sort of guy. But recently, I was absolutely the hero when it came to the Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. My buddy and I belong to the Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance plan so my associate and I always get seasonal Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance in the Fall and the Springtime. My buddy and I got the air conditioning tune up done early and then the heat pump sort of sat because my associate and I try not to use much air conditioning in the Springtime. So when it came on and stayed on this week, I noticed a unusual sound and called the Heating and Air Conditioning business. Turns out something was missed and the Heating and Air Conditioning professionals maintained everything free of charge. And that kept us from having an air conditioning breakdown, so I win!
