I have always made an effort to keep my customers happy.
This is something my business mentor has been drilling in me for years. She says without happy customers, who are you selling to? While it’s important to sell quality products and have a good relationship with employees, also always have time for your customers. This prompted me to have a review section on my website. Not every comment left is positive, and at times some sting, but I find the feedback so helpful. It’s helped me improve things so much over the years. When it comes to hiring service companies, I also check the review section. For example, I recently needed to have my air filters changed at home. Since I’m new to the area, I didn’t know any reliable HVAC companies. I had to go online, search for HVAC companies nearby, and read the reviews. Only after did I make a decision on the best one to hire. The Heating and AC business I hired for the job has excellent reviews. Plus, I liked that they offer same-day service. Since this was my only day at home, I wanted someone who could change the air filters immediately. They sent a Heating and AC professional to my house to handle changing the air filters. She also did a thorough HVAC inspection and ascertained all was okay with my system. I was so happy with the speedy and professional service that I plan to get a Heating and AC service agreement with them. The same-day service has also been my biggest pull.
