My hubby and I moved way up north about fifteen years ago… My friend and I were both born down south, and my pal and I never pictured ourselves becoming northerners, but here my pal and I are.
I cannot believe that my pal and I have lived here for so long.
It took us so long to get used to the frigid weather up here, even though I know that my pal and I are finally adapted. I know that because my pal and I opted to go to visit my hubby’s family last month, and it was so sizzling that my pal and I both had a tough time. I felt like I couldn’t breathe when I was outside. It was sort of ridiculous, his family made fun of us the whole time, and I understand because it was so deranged. They kept their dwelling at about seventy-five degrees, and that was way too sizzling for us. My friend and I keep our dwelling at about sixty degrees. Periodically, even sixty degrees is too sizzling for us. It is because my pal and I work outside in the frigid all afternoon long. My friend and I only really have two months of sizzling weather here, and even when it gets warm, it is not even close to as sizzling as it gets down where our families live. My friend and I have become such babies when it comes to sizzling weather and sizzling hot and cold temperatures in general. I cannot believe how much cooler our dwelling is than theirs. I would not know that twelve degrees makes that much of a difference, but it entirely does, however let’s just say that my pal and I couldn’t wait to get back dwelling to our cool house, and next time my pal and I visit, I will be bringing an cooling system for our dining room, so at least my pal and I will be able to sleep well.
