I bought a house and it was my purpose to flip the house and sell it for more money.

I thought that the most important thing in the project was going to be updating the bathroom. It was old and outdated and I knew that was one of the reasons why the property was doing so poorly on the market. I updated the bathroom with new fixtures, a brand new garden tub, separate shower stall, and a dual sink with a large mirror. After updating the bathroom, I had to replace the HVAC system. I knew that was going to be one of my largest expenses and I wasn’t really looking forward to paying all of the fees. I contacted a contractor that I know very well. The guy handles plumbing, heating, HVAC work, and a variety of other things. The only thing I really can’t do on my own is HVAC work and I knew that this house needed a new heat pump and air conditioning unit. My friend came over to the house and he was pretty impressed with the place. He told me that he would buy it then and take care of replacing the HVAC system on his own. I didn’t expect to get an offer on the house and it was my intent to flip it. When I asked how much that guy would offer, he told me that he would pay me $10,000 more than whatever I had into the place.
